What results do you actually measure?

We judge every engagement against the numbers that decide whether a business is healthy, not the ones that look good in a screenshot. That means contribution margin (what is left after product, shipping, and ad costs), blended MER (total revenue divided by total ad spend), and net CPA (true cost to acquire a paying customer).

Impressions, reach, and raw ROAS are easy to inflate and easy to hide behind. Profit is not. We report against profit.

What is your process for a new client?

Every engagement runs the same four steps. Audit: we review your current setup to find wasted spend and technical blockers. Plan: we build a 90-day roadmap for infrastructure and growth. Execute: we launch campaigns, build custom code, and install automated systems. Scale: we double down on what is working and cut what is not.

We do not guess our way into a strategy. The audit comes first so that every dollar after it is spent against evidence.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Most engagements start with a single pressing problem, a leaking funnel, a website that does not convert, or ad accounts burning budget, and expand from there as the foundation gets fixed. Onboarding takes about five to seven days, and we begin launching initial tests while the larger build runs in the background.

Because we work month-to-month, the scope flexes with what the data tells us to prioritize next instead of what a contract locked in months ago.

How do you report and communicate?

You get visibility into the numbers that matter and full ownership of the accounts they live in. Reporting is built around contribution margin and acquisition cost, so you always know whether the work is paying for itself.
